Players can create realms. Generally recognized realms are these:
Independent Realms
Realm of Stondar Stondar is one of the two most powerful realms in the known world. It is ruled by a dwarf named Prince Noreg and controls Stondar Island and Worfin Island.
Realm of Azmar, an independent realm on Azmar Island. It is one of the two most powerful realms in the known world. It is inhabited by dwarves and gnomes. It is ruled by a dwarf named Prince Yarl of Azmar. Azmar also claims Ogre Island and Sheep Island, but both of these have been conquered by Ogre Raiders and Sheep Island was subsequently captured by Lord Garon's Army and Lord Garon declared independence.
Ogre Island is not recognized by the dwarf princes as an independent realm. Ogres are considered by many to be mere animals incapable of having a realm of their own. Nonetheless, Ogre Island is dominated by Ogre Raiders who have demonstrated a surprising amount of organization and skill at both the making of weapons and the sailing of captured dwarven ships. The ogres do in fact seem to have established one or more independent realms on Ogre Island, and possibly other islands beyond the boundaries of the known world. For a time, the ogres also ruled Sheep Island which they conquered from Azmar.
Sheep Island was originally an independent realm with only one inhabitant, a dwarf shepherd named Garon, but was annexed by the Realm of Azmar during the Ogre Wars. Garon was given the title Lord Garon of Sheep Island by the Warlord Karleg of Azmar and a colony of dwarves from Azmar was established there. The island was then captured by Ogre Raiders and recaptured by Lord Garon's Army. Lord Garon then declared independence. Azmar still claims Sheep Island. The ogres might also consider it theirs.
Kingdom of Radnaria is not recognized by any other realm. A human named Radnar discovered that none of the small islands off the coast of Worfin Island were claimed, then claimed some of them for himself and declared himself a king. The islands are currently not inhabited, even by Radnar. He named the islands the Radnarian Isles.
Dependencies:
Worfin Village a village on Worfin Island inhabited by dwarves. The village was independent until the Ogre Wars when they sought the protection of Prince Noreg of Stondar and became a protectorate of the Realm of Stondar. Worfin Village is ruled by a Dwarf named Kaleb who was appointed mayor by Prince Noreg of Stondar.
Sheep Island, previously an independent island ruled and inhabited by one dwarf named Garon and his sheep. It was colonized and annexed by the Realm of Azmar during the Ogre Wars, then overrun by ogres. It is now claimed by both Garon and Prince Yarl of Azmar, but neither of them actually control it.
Unclaimed territory:
There are lands not claimed by any generally recognized realm. Until recently, these included most of Stondar Island, formerly known as Punkett Island, and most of Worfin Island. Both of these areas were annexed by the Realm of Stondar in the Ogre Wars.
Remaining unclaimed lands include Kale Island and a few small islands off the coast of Worfin Island.
