Ogre Hill is a prominent hill on the southwest side of Worfin Island. It is separated by only a thin strip of water from Kingsland Island, largest of the Radnarian Isles.

Ogre Hill is named after an ogre that lived there and menaced Radnar and others who were trying to make the Radnarian Isles into the Kingdom of Radnaria. The ogre is believed to be the same ogre that attacked the elf Paradiso and chased him to Worfin Village where it fought the dwarves there. The ogre was slain by a dwarf named Gworin, a resident of Worfin Village. Ogres were not seen on or near Ogre Hill after that.
