The Kingdom of Radnaria is not recognized by any other realm. A human named Radnar discovered that none of the small islands off the coast of Worfin Island were claimed, then claimed some of them for himself and declared himself king of the islands. The islands are currently not inhabited, even by Radnar. He named the islands the Radnarian Isles.

His stated intention was to create a realm for humans. The Kingdom of Radnaria is the first attempt to form an independent realm ruled by humans since before the Great Cataclysm.
